We aim to respond within 2–3 business days.
Common help topics
- Login / OTP issues — not receiving your one-time code? Check your signal and that your phone number is correct, then request a new code after the cooldown. If it still doesn’t arrive, email us.
- Account deletion — you can delete your account from Settings → Delete Account. It stays recoverable for 30 days before it is permanently processed.
- Privacy or data requests — to ask about the data we hold or to make a privacy request, email us and see our Privacy Policy.
- Report abuse or a safety concern — if you experience harassment or unsafe behavior, contact us right away at support@takkn.app.
- Media or upload issues — if photos or videos won’t send or load, check your connection and app version, then reach out.
- Notification or call issues — make sure notifications are enabled for Takkn in your device settings; if calls won’t connect, tell us your network type (Wi-Fi or cellular).
